 How my touch points approach the 5 ways of wellbeing

Connect:

Connecting the audience with Unions and work support organizations and connecting 
with each other create positive change. 

Be Active:
 
Taking action by finding and contacting help, also being active in 
standing up for yourself and your rights. 
Give:
Giving hope and positivity to victims of workplace bullying who may feel trapped 
in a negative situation. 

Take Notice:
 Take notice of the important issue that is workplace bullying. 
Be aware of the signs and risks to personal wellbeing. 


Keep learning:
Learning about the different types of workplace bullying, how to handle specific situations in 
a mature and effective manner, and learning who to contact in need.
